Q1 : What is the final format of my images?
All images are downloadable, from an online gallery, in the following formats:
1 . Web optimized
Optimized medium-resolution jpeg images suitable for websites
2 . High resolution
Full resolution jpeg images that are suitable for print and archival purposes.
Other formats, PSD or TIF, are available for an extra fee.
Q2 : How long does it take before I can see the images of my product(s)?
Standard turnaround for initial project concepts is 5-10 business days from your approval of quote (payment of deposit) unless notified otherwise in advance. Actual turnaround depends on scope of project and current workload. If you need faster turnaround, rush service is available as follows:

Normal rate + 100%
Next business day service
Normal rate + 50%
Two business day service
Normal rate + 20%
Q3 : How do you delivery/Supply my Images?
You will be provided instant access to an online image gallery of high-resolution photos, no extra charge. We usually keep these high-resolution images on our server, available to you anytime you need them.
Other delivery options are CD, DVD, or via e-mail.
Q4 : What would the size and resolution of my image be?
Your product images would be supply in the following two formats:
1 . Web optimized
Optimized medium-resolution jpeg images suitable for websites
2 . High resolution
Full resolution (4368x2912) jpeg images that are suitable for print and archival purposes.
Your full resolution images are good enough to be printed several feet across.
Q5 : Can I print or publish my images?
By default the photograph is the copyrighted property of the photographer. However, all provided images are royalty-free meaning that the images we deliver to you are yours to use, for example, in your publications as many times as you like ( Photo credit to Pbase Media Ltd. would be appreciated).
Pbase Media Ltd, Hana Art Studios, may use the provided images for portfolio or for promotional usage on its website or other media.
