Q1 : What are your order placement procedures?
1 . Call us at 604.432.6625.
2 . After discussing the details of your project in general, We will e-mail/fax you the costs estimate for your review. All fees and costs are estimated and valid for 30 days. Changes in the scope of work and/or project specifications may require a revision to the original estimate. Any revision of this estimate must be approved in advance by both parties, and will be reflected in the final invoice.
3 . Dispatch Your Products, insured if necessary, to:

4 . Photo Shooting and Editing
Upon receiving your products we will call you letting you know that everything arrived safely. We will call you once more to talk about your project in detail helping us get the best shots.
5 . Proof Approval
Upon finishing your images we’ll e-mail you a link to an online gallery for you to review. When you approved the images we will complete the project and deliver your images to you.
Q2 : What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, check, or money order. Please make checks payable to Pbase Media Ltd.
We usually require a deposit of 50% of the project estimate prior to beginning work.
Please note that we cannot begin work until we've received your deposit. Balance due upon final approval of your project, and prior to our releasing the final files/images to you.
