KeenART Media's Product Photography Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1 . All projects/orders have to be confirmed before 10 AM to guarantee our turnaround times.
2 . Standard turnaround for initial project concepts is 5-10 business days from client approval of quote (payment of deposit) unless notified otherwise in advance, the actual turnaround depends on scope of project and current workload.
3 . A deposit of 50% of the project estimate is required prior to beginning work. KeenART Media cannot begin work until it has received your deposit.
4 . All products sent to KeenART Media must be in condition in which they are to be photographed.
5 . Too large or heavy product items are to be quoted separately.
6 . KeenART Media Ltd, Hana Art Studios, may use the provided images for portfolio or for promotional usage on its website or other media.
7 . The KeenART Media can withdraw its services at any time.
8 . prices are subject to change without notice.
Hana Studios product photography invoices are payable upon receipt of invoice and not later than net 10 days. Payments due for 30 days or more shall be considered past due. For each month or part of a month thereafter, a past due or late charge may be assessed, which Customer is expected to pay.
Accepted forms of payment include: Money order, company check, Debit Card, Visa, Master Card, and Paypal. Payment that is outstanding for any reason will be billed to the credit card of record.
If payment is made by check, the Customer agrees to pay a service charge of $25.00 or 5% of order total, whichever is greater, if the check is returned by bank. In addition, the Customer agrees to pay any and all court costs, attorney fees, and any other collection costs.
